2. I'm rather unaware of tile prices, what should I expect to spend on my new tile? |

Try to have a budget before you come in to the store.
Know that this tile should something you'll be happy with for a long time
• you should love the way it looks, no matter what the price
• handmade ceramics can range from $20 to $40 (or more) as square foot for filed tiles
• decorative and hand painted tiles will always be more expensive and that depends on the detail and colors you choose
• marble (polished and unpolished) can range from $10 to $30 (or more) a square foot
• travertine, limestone, and slates will be cheaper but still depend on color
• mosaics and smaller stones (2" and smaller) will range from $15 to $40
a square foot ...decorative designs will be more
• porcelain will be a little more expensive than ceramic
• cheaper ceramic tile (not handmade) but with a mimic in quality can be $6 to $15 a square foot
• know that natural stone prices vary mostly by color
-granite slabs can be from $50 to $80 a square foot, but granite tiles will range from $10 to $30 (or more for rarer colors) |
3. I would like some help designing the areas I'm going to tile, will you help me? How much will it cost? |

5. When I decide which tile I want, how, how long does it take until it's installed in my house? |

- usually 1-2 weeks for the tile to be delivered to our warehouse (although some more custom ceramics or mosaics take longer... 3-4 weeks.)
- then we call to make an appointment which can be done as soon as the week or the week after we receive the tile! |
6. I'm building a new house, will you work with my builder or contractor? |

7. Will you work with my interior designer or architect? |

8. Do you work on commercial jobs? |

10. What alternative materials do you carry? |

11. What are some benefits of tile over other floor surfaces? |

- so many choices!! colors, patterns, materials
- doesn't waste trees! (environmentally conscious)
- ability to heat floor underneath tiles to never have cold feet!!
- more durable, less likely to scratch or go dull
- easy to replace small sections if something does happen
- throw rugs can always go over if a different look is desired
- natural stone gives added value to houses |
